Shrimp Mozambique

Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet over MEDIUM heat

Add onion and garlic; cook until tender, about 5 minutes

Add beer, wine, sazon and hot sauce; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Add shrimp until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side

Stir in parsley

Serve over rice

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter1 large onion, chopped10 cloves garlic, chopped6 oz beer1/4 cup white wine6 tsp sazon with saffron seasoning2 Tbsp hot sauce1 lb shrimp1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
