Directions
- Heat oil over Medium-High heat.
- Brown chicken and sausage for 5 minutes.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add onions, peppers, celery and garlic, and cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in tomatoes and spices.
- Return chicken and sausage.
- Add chicken stock and rice.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook on Low for 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp; cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and red pepper sauce.
