Directions
- Remove the membranes from the ribs and cut each rack into halves.
- Mix all dry ingredients and rub into the ribs.
- Spray tin foil with cooking spray and wrap each rib portion.
- Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Bake ribs at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
- Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Grease the grill.
- Cook over grill on MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes per side.
