Baby Back Ribs

Directions

  1. Remove the membranes from the ribs and cut each rack into halves.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients and rub into the ribs.
  3. Spray tin foil with cooking spray and wrap each rib portion.
  4. Let marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Bake ribs at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
  8. Grease the grill.
  9. Cook over grill on MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes per side.

1/4 cup brown sugar1 1/2 Tbsp paprika1 Tbsp kosher salt1 1/2 Tbsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper2 racks of baby back ribsBarbecue sauce
