Grilled Caribbean Tuna - CARIBBEAN

Directions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, rum, soy sauce, clove and pepper
  2. Add the tuna steaks and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the tuna from the marinade, and pour the marinade into a small pan.
  4. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  5. Grill the tuna directly over HOT heat for 1 minute.
  6. Turn and cook for additional 1 minute.

1/4 cup olive oiljuice of 4 limes2 tablespoons rum2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon ground clove1/4 teaspoon pepper4 tuna steaks
