Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Season Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper and cayenne
- Toss with duck fat or bacon fat
- Roast for 7 minutes
- Turn and roast for additional 3 minutes
- Sprinkle with lemon juice
