Orange-Glazed Pork Roast

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Make small slits in pork and insert garlic slivers.
  3. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pat seasoning mix onto pork and place in a large roasting pan.
  5. Roast pork for 1 hour.
  6. In a small bowl, prepare glaze by combining marmalade, mustard, brown sugar and 1/4 cup of orange juice.
  7. Remove pork, and brush on glaze.
  8. Roast pork for 15 more minutes; remove and cover with foil tent.
  9. Skim all fat from the roasting pan.
  10. Add Grand Mamier and remaining orange juice, and scrape up browned bits from bottom of pan, avoiding the burnt parts.
  11. Place pan over MEDlUM HlGH heat and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Slice pork into 1/2-inch-thick slices; arrange, slightly overlapping,on a platter with orange slices.
  13. Drizzle pan sauce over pork slices.
