Orange-Glazed Pork Roast

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Make small slits in pork and insert garlic slivers.
- In a small bowl, combine rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Pat seasoning mix onto pork and place in a large roasting pan.
- Roast pork for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, prepare glaze by combining marmalade, mustard, brown sugar and 1/4 cup of orange juice.
- Remove pork, and brush on glaze.
- Roast pork for 15 more minutes; remove and cover with foil tent.
- Skim all fat from the roasting pan.
- Add Grand Mamier and remaining orange juice, and scrape up browned bits from bottom of pan, avoiding the burnt parts.
- Place pan over MEDlUM HlGH heat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Slice pork into 1/2-inch-thick slices; arrange, slightly overlapping,on a platter with orange slices.
- Drizzle pan sauce over pork slices.
