Directions
- Toast sliced baguettes.
- Melt butter in pot over MEDIUM heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 30 seconds without browning.
- Add mussels, stir to coat, and increase heat to HIGH.
- Add wine and cook, covered, for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring once.
- Stir the parsley in.
- Ladle into bowls with toast.
