Directions

  1. Toast sliced baguettes.
  2. Melt butter in pot over MEDIUM heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 30 seconds without browning.
  4. Add mussels, stir to coat, and increase heat to HIGH.
  5. Add wine and cook, covered, for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring once.
  6. Stir the parsley in.
  7. Ladle into bowls with toast.
