Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce - THAI

Directions
- In a food processor, puree shallots, garlic, ginger, chile sauce, cumin, coriander, salt and water.
- Heat oil in a small pan.
- Add the paste and boil for 2 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- In a 2-quart pan, combine water, peanut butter and garlic.
- Cook over MEDIUM-LOW heat, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, soy and red pepper.
- Grill steak and serve with Peanut Sauce.
