Bananas Foster - CAJUN

Directions
- Put 3 small scoops of ice cream in each bowl and garnish with a sprig of mint. Store in freezer
- In a heavy 12-inch skillet, cook butter and sugar over MEDIUM heat until bubbling.
- Add bananas flat side down and cook for 30 seconds.
- Flip bananas over and cook for additional 30 seconds.
- TURN OFF FLAME.
- Add banana liqueur and rum.
- Turn on flame to HIGH and quickly swirl pan to ignite.
- Throw cinnamon into flame to create sparkles, and continue stirring until flame goes out.
- Place 4 banana slices in each bowl and drizzle with sauce.
