Directions
- Marinate chicken in salt and wine for 30 minutes.
- Mix pineapple juice, lychee juice, vinegar and sugar to create Braising Sauce.
- Heat wok with oil over high heat.
- Stir-fry chicken for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add pineapple pieces, lychees, and Braising Sauce; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Thicken with cornstarch solution.

3/4 pound chicken, cubed1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine3/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons oil4 slices pineapple, quartered12 whole lychee nuts1 tablespoon cornstarch solution2 tablespoons pineapple juice2 tablespoons lychee juice2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar5 teaspoons sugar
