Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in salt and wine for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix pineapple juice, lychee juice, vinegar and sugar to create Braising Sauce.
  3. Heat wok with oil over high heat.
  4. Stir-fry chicken for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Add pineapple pieces, lychees, and Braising Sauce; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
