Grilled Steak with Tangy BBQ Sauce

Directions
- Heat oil in frying pan over MEDIUM heat.
- Add onion and saute, stirring often, for 10 minutes.
- Add garlic, celery, ketchup, chili sauce, water, meat tenderizer, sugar, pepper, salt, Worcestershire, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, hot pepper sauce, and sherry.
- Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour.
- Boil marinade for 5 minutes.
- Cook on MEDIUM grill for 7 minutes per side.
- Let meat stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve with remaining sauce.
