Directions

  1. Heat oil over Medium-High heat.
  2. Brown chicken and sausage for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add onions, peppers, celery and garlic, and cook until onion is soft.
  5. Stir in tomatoes and spices.
  6. Return chicken and sausage.
  7. Add chicken stock and rice.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Cover and cook on Low for 20 minutes.
  10. Add shrimp; cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  11. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper sauce.
