Directions
Put a few drops of Worcestershire on top side of each patty
Sprinkle a little garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt and cayenne
Add a piece of cheese onto one patty and then flip the other patty on top
Seal the edges around the cheese; flip and seal again
Season outside of patties with salt
Cook over MEDIUM HIGH heat for about 4 minutes per side
