Spicy Crab Bisque

Directions

In a saucepan over MEDIUM LOW heat, cook green onions and Old Bay seasoning in butter for 2 minutes

Turn heat to MEDIUM and add tomato soup and cayenne until simmering

Turn heat to MEDIUM LOW and add crabmeat until heated through

Add a pinch of Old Bay to cream and whisk until frothy

Swirl cream onto top of each bisque serving

1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup chopped green onions, mostly white and light green parts1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning1 quart prepared creamy tomato soupcayenne to taste8-oz lump crabmeat2 tablespoons cream
