Directions
Rip the mint leaves and rub them around the rim before dropping them into the empty glass.
Gently muddle the mint leaves with the back of a bar spoon without bruising them.
Fill half the glass with crushed ice.
Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup.
Stir.
Filll with crushed ice.
Top with small amount of soda water.
