Directions
- Sprinkle a few drops of water over each tortilla; then stack tortillas and wrap in heavy-duty foil.
- In a large bowl, combine pork, chopped onion, bread crumbs, egg, water chestnuts, garlic, soy, and ginger.
- Shape mixture into 8 logs, each about 3 inches long.
- Cook pork logs on a HOT grill, turning frequently, for 14 minutes; heat tortillas on top shelf of grill for 10 minutes.
- To serve, spread some hoisin on a tortilla; place a pork log on it; top with green onions, bean sprouts, and cilantro.
