Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and liquefy for 2 minutes.
- Set some manmade aside for serving.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the fish, making sure all sides are well coated.
- Let sit for 30 MINUTES.
- Soak allspice berries for 15 minutes.
- Put berries in a tin foil tray underneath the gnll grates.
- Grill the fish over HOT grill for 5 minutes.
- Baste with marinade, turn and grill for another 5 minutes.
