Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and liquefy for 2 minutes.
  2. Set some manmade aside for serving.
  3. Pour the remaining marinade over the fish, making sure all sides are well coated.
  4. Let sit for 30 MINUTES.
  5. Soak allspice berries for 15 minutes.
  6. Put berries in a tin foil tray underneath the gnll grates.
  7. Grill the fish over HOT grill for 5 minutes.
  8. Baste with marinade, turn and grill for another 5 minutes.
