Directions
- In a 4-quart pot, melt butter over MEDIUM HEAT.
- Add onion and garlic, and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add flour all at once, and stir until blended; cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
- Slowly stir in clam juice and chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
- Stir in corn, thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne; reduce heat to MEDIUM and cook,uncovered, for 25 minutes.
- Stir in cream, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add crab meat and onions, and cook for 5 minutes.
