Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray baking dish with nonstick spray
Dry sea bass with paper towels, and season on both sides with sea salt and pepper; place in baking dish
Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano and lemon juice
Pour mixture over sea bass
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
