Directions

Generously season chicken with salt

Brown skin side of chicken in oil over HIGH heat until browned, skin side first, then set aside

Turn heat to MEDIUM, cook onions and salt until starting to turn golden

Add garlic, tomato paste and flour for 3 - 4 minutes

Add salt, black pepper and paprika for 1 minute

Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer

Add chicken back and turn heat to MEDIUM LOW

Cover and heat for 45 - 60 minutes, basting occasionally; set aside

Skim some fat from the sauce and then add sour cream and heavy cream

Add chicken back and simmer until chicken is heated through, basting occasionally

Garnish with dollops of sour cream and parsley
