Directions

Mix ginger, garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce and hot sauce

Marinade chicken with 1/4 cup of sauce for 15 minutes

Cook chicken in oil over HIGH heat until completely caramelized

Turn heat to MEDIUM and add jalapeno peppers, red peppers, green onions and peanuts for 1 minute

Add remaining sauce for a few minutes until thickened

Garnish with cilantro and serve over rice
