Directions
Saute corn and salt in olive oil over MEDIUM heat for 3 minutes
Add garlic for 1 minute
Add cayenne, paprika and garam masala for 2 minutes
Turn heat to LOW and add yogurt
Turn heat OFF, test for seasoning and add chives
