Directions

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper and salt.
  3. Melt butter and stir in parsley.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning on fish but don't overdue it.
  5. Drizzle with butter sauce.
  6. Cook on plank over HIGH heat for 15 minutes.
