Directions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for 15 minutes.
- Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper and salt.
- Melt butter and stir in parsley.
- Sprinkle seasoning on fish but don't overdue it.
- Drizzle with butter sauce.
- Cook on plank over HIGH heat for 15 minutes.
