Directions
- Put ice cream in a large bowl and thaw completely (about 1 hour).
- Stir with large spoon to break all lumps until the ice cream is smooth and softened.
- Add mango pulp and blend well.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Put jello powder in a bowl.
- Add boiling water and dissolve completely.
- Add cold water to the jello.
- Add jello liquid to the mango ice cream mixture, and blend well.
- Pour in a large serving bowl and refrigerate.
- Garnish with fresh mango pieces or strawberries before serving.
