Directions

  1. Put ice cream in a large bowl and thaw completely (about 1 hour).
  2. Stir with large spoon to break all lumps until the ice cream is smooth and softened.
  3. Add mango pulp and blend well.
  4. Bring water to a boil.
  5. Put jello powder in a bowl.
  6. Add boiling water and dissolve completely.
  7. Add cold water to the jello.
  8. Add jello liquid to the mango ice cream mixture, and blend well.
  9. Pour in a large serving bowl and refrigerate.
  10. Garnish with fresh mango pieces or strawberries before serving.
