Directions
- Toast sesame seeds in a wide frying pan over MEDIUM heat for about 3 minutes
- Crush seeds with a mortar and pestle
- Place in a bowl, and stir in onions, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire.
- Place meat in a 9x13 inch dish, and pour marinade over meat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Grill meat for 3.5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
