Directions
- Combine wine, soy, and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- LET COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Add chicken and onions to Teriyaki Sauce; COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
- SOAK BAMBOO SKEWERS IN HOT WATER FOR 30 MINUTES.
- Reheat Teriyaki Sauce and bring to a boil; pour through strainer.
- Thread chicken and onions and cook on HOT grill, turning and basting, for 8 minutes.
- Serve lemon wedges to squeeze over top.
